Image Link is a multi-media production company operating in the small central Victorian town of Dunolly 200 km. from Melbourne. Areas of expertise include film and video production, multi-screen audio visual production, audio production and still photography.

Image Link Pty. Ltd. specialises in photojournalism and the production of documentary style programmes in the fields of education, training, promotion and display.

Major Projects to date have included:

Multi screen presentations at the National Wool Museum (Geelong), Kakadu National Park and the Museum of Migration and Settlement (Adelaide) in association with international consultants Sound Design Studio.

An acclaimed series of educational documentary videos examining the Australian media featuring: Newspapers (The Age), Television (7 network), Radio (ABC, FOX FM, 3CCC and Radio Australia) produced for Video Education Australasia.

Tourism training videos "Getting into Tourism" and "Marketing Your Tourism Business" have been used as national training packages for the Australian Tourism Industry. "Getting into Tourism" has been described by Sir Frank Moore, Chairman of the Australian Tourism Industry Association as: "a highly recommendable reference." He also states: "ATIA is delighted that a resource of this quality is available ...". "Marketing Your Tourism Business" is referred to by Bruce Baird, Managing Director of the Tourism Council of Australia as: "A sound introduction to marketing concepts for small tourism business."

StreetLIFE is a series of four video programmes produced for the Victorian State Government featuring projects in Australia and New Zealand that have been responsible for employment creation..

The company principal, Philip Ashton, has a history of involvement in the photographic industry:
-Kodak - Supervisor of Microfilm Services, Latrobe Studios - Manager of Colour Processing.
-Victorian College of the Arts - Lecturer in Photography.
-Freelance photography (Australian Tourist Commission)
-Photojournalism (Australian Geographic, This Australia etc.)

Philip Ashton's work has taken him worldwide, travelling to Indonesia, New Zealand, France, UK, Ireland, Turkey, USA and Canada. In 1989 he was involved in the collection of digital audio recordings in USA and Australia for the Osaka Aquarium and participated in the Moss Landing Multi Media Experiment with the Apple Computer Company in California.

A feature of Image Link's working method has been that whilst proud of our creative style, we have been able to demonstrate the ability of the company to work closely with clients at all stages of production ensuring successful completion of the project.
